Tweet IDs for 1,922 tweets using #Covid19 collected in 2021

A list of Tweet IDs for 1922 tweets that used the hashtag #Covid19. Tweets were collected on May 26, 2021. Tweets were originally collected using the `rtweet` package. Per Twitter's terms of use, tweet content cannot be distributed but tweet IDs can. Users can then "rehydrate" the tweets.
